St. George shares Brant County's heritage of cobblestone construction — fieldstone buildings dating to the mid-1800s line its main street, a tangible link to early settlement.
The Township of Brant surrounding St. George produces some of Ontario's finest apples, with orchards that have operated across generations of the same families.
