What Is a Country

A country in the pockets network is not a government and not an institution that signed up. It is an emergent entity — built from the bottom up as people across that country claim their pockets, form their counties, and elect their delegates.

Every county reserve within a country's borders contributes to the national picture. Every state delegate body speaks on behalf of its counties at the national level. The country's digital presence grows as its people arrive — not before.

Advertising revenue that flows through a country's pockets network stays inside its borders. The wealth that communities generate circulates within the nation, not outward to a foreign platform.

Governance Layer

The Circuit

The Country Circuit is where countries meet each other. It is the aggregate social layer for national pocket communities — each country present as a peer, each post geo-tagged by country of origin.

Delegates operating at the national level interface here. Country-level resolutions, inter-country dialogue, and governance conversations happen in the circuit — away from the noise of the general network, in a structured space designed for deliberation.

The circuit is publicly visible. Contribution requires residency.

Architecture

How It Works

A country's presence in the pockets network begins with its first county. As counties activate, reserves accumulate and delegate bodies form. State circuits aggregate county voices. The country circuit aggregates state voices.

Posts flow upward — a county post surfaces in the state circuit, a state post surfaces in the country circuit. Nothing is pushed down uninvited. The architecture listens upward, not broadcasts downward.
